DiscoverEat is the international conference that connects gastronomy, tourism, and digital communication. I am participating as a speaker to share my expertise in storytelling strategies and destination marketing.

DiscoverEat is an international congress that will be held in Spain in 2025. An event that connects the worlds of food, tourism, and digital communication in a structured way. I have been invited to participate as a speaker to provide my contribution on the topic of promoting territories through digital tools.

A congress looking to the future

DiscoverEat is an event that brings together professionals, organizations, tourism operators, communicators, and innovative companies, with the goal of exploring new connections between gastronomy, hospitality, and positioning strategies. At the center: storytelling, technological innovation, and experience.

My presence as a speaker fits into this multidisciplinary context. I will be giving a talk dedicated to digital strategies for telling the story of a territory through food, with a focus on authentic narratives, the glocal approach, and the use of editorial and immersive tools.

My talk

My contribution will focus on a key question: how can digital contribute to the identity-based storytelling of places? In particular, I will delve into:

  • the importance of gastronomic storytelling for territorial marketing
  • the creation of digital content consistent with local identity
  • effective editorial models to promote destinations through food
